Plan Overview
The investment objective of the NDFA Accelerated Growth Plan April `08 is to provide a return of capital plus enhanced growth. The Investment Term is 6 years, and you should not invest if you need access to your money during this period. The capital return is linked to the performance of the Index. Growth is calculated at a rate of 10 times any rise in the Index, subject to a maximum of 90%. Please refer to page 4 of the brochure for full details. • If the Final Index Level, as defined on Page 2 of the brochure, is the same or higher than the Starting Index Level the Plan will repay at maturity the original capital invested. • Plus 10% growth for each 1% rise over the Starting Index Level, subject to an overall maximum growth of 90%. If the Final Index Level is less than the corresponding Starting Index Level then: • no growth will be achieved but your original capital investment will be repaid unless: • at anytime between 24 June 2008 and 26 June 2014 (inclusive) the closing level of the Index falls by more than 50% from its Starting Index Level in which case you will also lose some or all of your initial capital investment; and • the amount of capital that you will lose will be 1% of your original capital investment for each 1% that the Final Index Level is below the Starting Index Level. Where the difference results in a fraction of 1% the fraction will be applied. |
